Request An Appointment with Liz

Before you send a request, be sure to read the FAQ section first!

To request an appointment with Liz, please message facebook.com/BlackSheepStudiosSparta with the following information. The clearer your answers, the faster we can complete the consultation process and the sooner you can get your new artwork!

- First and foremost, because the above page is home for the entire shop, please clarify if you are hoping to book with Liz or someone else. or if you have no preference.

- Describe the design! use as much detail as possible to tell us what it is you're looking to get done... what is it? (ie. Is it a bird? Is it a portrait?)

- Approximately how big would you like the tattoo? Please try to be as specific as possible; "not too big" and "not too small" are relative. Do you want it the size of a baseball? Dollar bill? Bigger/smaller?

- Where on your body would you like the tattoo? ie inner forearm, outer arm, calf, thigh, etc. Some locations may be turned down at the discretion of the artist, but alternative options will be recommended.

- Do you want it in color or black and gray? Do you want it realistic or some other style? Liz does not work in all styles, if you are looking for a style which she does not work in, she will gladly help you find an artist who specializes in what you're looking for so that you can get the very best.

- Is the tattoo a cover up/are we working in close proximity to existing tattoos? If yes to either, please send clear, straight on photos of the existing tattoos that show their size and placement.

- Do you have a total budget, or budget per session for multi-session projects, in mind?

Shop minimum is $100.00.
Liz's rates are as follows: $200/hr; $600/half day; $900/full day.
Prices may vary depending upon the difficulty of the design & how well the client sits

- Please send any reference images that you have that are relevant to the project. Please note however that Liz VonBorden is a custom tattoo artist. She will not simply "copy and paste" someone else's design onto you. References are intended to give her an idea of what you want for YOUR custom artwork.

*NOTE*

Liz books just a few weeks at a time, and otherwise keeps a wait list. Average wait times are approximately a year to a year and a half. At this time new projects in realism, neotraditional, and new school styles will receive priority. If your project does not fall into one of these, she is happy to make a referral to someone she would trust to take on the project to cut down on your wait time.

Realism portrait tattoos & artist choice tattoos ALWAYS get priority booking and do not have to go on the wait list.
